Order
You can place your order via e-mail, fax or phone.
If you are a new cusomer, we would be glad if you could send us your order via e-mail. Therefore we will be able to implement your data into our IT-system to process your order correctly.
Price
The prices indicated on our website exclude costs concerning packaging, transportation, customs clearance and taxes.
Payment possibilities
You can pay your bills by invoice or advanced payment.
Please refer therefore to the invoice / prepayment document where the payment instructions as well as the bank data are listed.
Delivery
We deliver the products worldwide.
If needed, we support you in the organization of the transportation.
