Locking assembly SZ – No machining of the shafts necessary
The locking assembly SZ is self-centring and the imbalance is minimal (concentricity tolerances: ±0.01 mm), which is why it is also said to have good vibration properties. This makes the locking assembly SZ a good choice also for higher speeds.
Due to the material used, the collet chuck with its resistance and its hygienic properties can also be used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, medical technology as well as in the beverage production and food industry.
The shafts on which the locking assembly is to be mounted do not have to meet any special requirements. No keyway, cross hole or thread is required to fix the product on a shaft. For mounting and dismounting, only a single screw has to be tightened or loosened. It couldn’t be simpler!
