Leveling caster: all in one
Roll and stand securely in one product, yes, that’s possible!
A leveling caster offers the possibility to change from the function “Drive” to the function “Stand”. This is possible with the Sigerist leveling casters (lifting rollers). The change from driving to standing takes place here over a foot pedal. Machines, work tables, assembly stations, profile systems and furniture can be moved quickly and easily. It is therefore no longer necessary to have a forklift truck or a lifting roller carriage on site, so that shifting is possible.
The mounting of the leveling caster with foot pedal is carried out via a plate (80 x 60 mm or 135 x 110 mm) which complies with European standards and can be mounted as easily as a “normal” caster with plate.
The advantage of the leveling caters with foot pedal is the time gained, which can be saved, for example, when converting production processes. Employees can thus concentrate on the really important things in their company. There is more time for processing customer orders or for the development of new ideas and products.
