Application example 1: Lifting system Easy-Synchro in profile system
The first application example where the lifting system Easy-Synchro can be used is a profile system. It can easily be installed in a wide variety of profile systems. Loads can thus be easily moved. With a hand lever you can lift the lifting system quickly, easily and synchronously. Depending on the application, it is possible to mount the hand lever inside or outside. This leads to an even wider range of applications.
Where can the Easy-Synchro lifting system be used in the profile system?
There exist many application examples where the Easy-Synchro lifting system can be used, for example, in workbenches, work and assembly tables, shelves, machines and measuring equipment. Of course, the Easy-Synchro lifting system can be installed in a profile system of your choice. This means that you can install the lifting system into your existing profile system yourself. Of course, our Easy-Synchro lifting system can also be used for many other purposes, for example in furniture construction, for office furnishings or for home use. There are no limits to your imagination!
Some technical specifications:
Our Easy-Synchro lifting system consists of steel and galvanized steel. The maximum load per system is approx. 350 kg (depending on the size of the system). The distance between the rollers can be selected individually, whereby their turning radius is 80 mm. We recommend a minimum dimension of 400 x 400 mm, but a smaller construction may also be possible under certain circumstances. We manufacture the Easy-Synchro lifting system always as a custom-made product!
The wheels have a diameter of 75 mm and the tread is made of polyamide. Polyurethane wheels can also be supplied on request. The ground clearance is 20 mm when driving and the minimum mounting height is 220 mm. The maximum stroke is 15 mm.
Inside or outside hand lever?
Depending on the purpose for which you use the Easy-Synchro lifting system, it may make sense to use an inside hand lever. In furniture construction, for example, it may not be possible to attach an inside hand lever. In this case, a hand lever on the outside can be used. This can be attached to one of the outer sides and is removable. This reduces the risk of injury.
