Vibration-absorbing machine foot

A vibration-absorbing machine foot has these clear advantages: The vibration damping property of the polyurethane (beige) base effectively protects your machines and equipment from damage caused by vibrations and oscillations. These are caused by rotating or reciprocating unbalance of individual machine parts. It should therefore be avoided that machines and equipment are rigidly connected to the floor or base – also to avoid structure-borne noise in surrounding rooms and disturbances to nearby, sensitive instruments and equipment. Another important effect is that noise can be reduced. This in turn has a positive effect on the employees in your company. In addition, the structure on the underside ensures anti-slip properties.

Materials and sizes:

Our vibration-absorbing machine foot has a foot plate made of black, reinforced polyamide. The plate size has a diameter of 85 mm or 120 mm. Various threaded rods or ball nuts with internal threads can be selected. With their ball joint, these compensate for unevenness in the floor. Alternatively, a version with a free-standing levelling screw can also be ordered. These levelling screws are rounded at the bottom and have a square at the top (wrench size S) and are supplied with two nuts and washers each.

The threaded rods and ball nuts can be ordered either as stainless steel variant or as a variant made of galvanized steel.

Other properties:

The vibration-damping machine foot is also resistant to cold (-30 °C) and heat (+90 °C), alkalis, oils, greases, salts, soap solutions, petrol, ozone and weather.
